Please join us for the annual meeting of the Netherlands Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (NBTE). This year we celebrate our 35th anniversary! The meeting will take place on 10-11 December 2026 in Lunteren en will bring together researchers and professionals working across the fields of biomaterials and tissue engineering.

Registration deadlines

Early bird registration: Wednesday 11th November

Regular registration: Monday 23rd November

Double room option
Participants who choose to share a double room will receive a discount of 5-15% on their registration fee, reimbursed following the event. To be eligible, names should match on the registration form. 

Please be aware of the following regarding cancellations/refunds:

All cancellations or changes must be sent to NBTE in writing (e-mail: [email protected]).

· Cancellations received before or on 1 November 2026 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;

· No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 November 2026 or registered participants who fail to attend;

· No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after the NBTE 2026 conference.
Exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted.
